3.1 Digital Basics Pathway (6 weeks)

From switching on to surfing safely

  • E-mail set-up (Gmail/Outlook), attachments & etiquette

3.2 Office & IT Assistant Certificate (12 weeks)

Launch a support-desk or admin career

  • All of Digital Basics

  • Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace deep-dive

  • Word templates, mail-merge, PDF production

  • Excel formulas, pivot tables, charts

  • Outlook calendars, Teams & Zoom administration

  • Ticketing systems (Freshdesk), basic troubleshooting flow

  • Introduction to networking, printers & remote desktop tools

  • CV & interview prep, mock tech-support scenarios

Outcome: Ready for roles such as Junior IT Support, Service-Desk Analyst, Office Administrator.

3.3 Digital Productivity Toolkit (4 weeks)

Get more done with fewer clicks

  • Canva vs PowerPoint – choosing the right design tool

  • AI prompt craft – generate blog outlines, invoices, checklists

  • Basic automation with Make.com & Zapier (no code)

  • Social media scheduling & simple video editing

  • Cloud backups & version control for documents

3.4 Workplace Essentials Workshop (2 days, live)

Upskill your team fast

A condensed, instructor-led bootcamp covering Excel power tips, cyber-hygiene, collaborative docs and meeting etiquette. Delivered on-site (Kent/London) or online.

Yes, a Windows 10/11 laptop or PC with internet. We provide free Office-365 trials.
